If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know immediately (within 48hrs) by contacting us through our Contact Page so that we can work it out.
NOTE: It is really hard to take stilts back, it is a liability issue for me because I have no way of knowing how you've used them or what may have happened to them since they've been in your care.
Customized and custom stilts are not returnable under any circumstances.
