Holiday Ordering/Shipping Information:

All Holiday orders must be placed by December 15th at 5pm PST in order to guarantee delivery to the US East Coast by Christmas.

If you live mid-US or West Coast, you have a couple more days.

Our stilts are built and ready to ship.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of order payment.
Packages are shipped using FedEx Ground from Portland, OR
There is an option for FedEx Express Shipping but it is much more expensive.

Yes, PegStilts.com offers FREE Pick-up on orders.

You can schedule an appointment to pick up your order if you are located near Portland, Oregon.

I'm located off of NE 23rd and Alberta Street in Portland, OR.
I'll give you my exact address when we schedule your pick-up appointment.


During the checkout process you will be asked what date/time is ideal for your appointment.

You do not have to give an exact time/date, just a general idea.
I will check my schedule and confirm with you a date/time that works for both of us.

For shipping to Canada we generally use the United States Postal Service (approx 10 days, sometimes customs takes longer).
NOTE: Generally the only country that is reasonably affordable to ship to is Canada. Canadians please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees.


If you have a FedEx or UPS account number that allows you to get discounts on shipping I am happy to set up the shipping that way.
If you choose that you'd like me to use your FedEx or UPS account number, then you'll need to provide me with the number.

FedEx Ground/Home packages generally arrive in 3-5 business days, occasionally 7 days if there is extreme weather conditions.

I try to keep all of the height/size options available in stock.
Most orders for one set of Stilts ships from PegStilts.com 1-2 days after payment is received.
Multiple set orders may take a little longer, but they will likely ship within one week of order placement.

I can generally fit up to 2 pairs in a box.

Yes, I can certainly ship internationally, but sometimes the cost is prohibitive.

Unfortunately, USPS does not provide very good tracking information and the package will take some time to arrive because it has to go through customs but I have shipped many packages to Canada and so far ("knock on wood") I have never had a problem.
